Our services, online therapy sessions, and educational resources are made possible entirely through the generosity of our community. This policy outlines our approach to charitable donations and financial contributions.

1. Charitable Donations

We rely on community contributions to fund our digital platform, keep our evidence-based resources accessible, and support individuals on their recovery journey.

General Policy

As a non-profit organization, all charitable donations made to White Association are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions for Errors

We understand that technical or administrative errors can happen. If you made an error in your donation amount or were accidentally charged twice, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will gladly review your request and process a refund for the erroneous charge.

2. How to Request a Refund for a Donation Error

To maintain a streamlined digital experience and direct our resources efficiently, we handle all requests online. We do not process requests via phone.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for donation errors will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
