Donation Refund Policy

White Association for Mental Health and Recovery is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 98-1873350). Contributions support mental health awareness, educational resources, and community support in the United States.

Donations and refund requests

Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or charged twice, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction so we can review the request. A request does not guarantee a refund.

How to contact us

Use our Contact Us page. Include your name, the email address used for the donation, the date and amount, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information through the contact form.

Processing

If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
